Amazing flavors! I got the large Chimi d'Pollo sandwich for $10.50. It was stuffed well with very tasty shredded chicken and they were very liberal with their delicious mayo which took the sandwich over the top. The bread was unreal. Crunchy but soft in the inside and it held up to all the gooey ingredients. Then I got 1 ham and cheese empanada and 1 chicken and cheese empanada. ($1.62 each) Oh man, they were warm, super crispy and had great flavor. The lady who took my order was very nice and it came out quick for being so fresh. I live closer to Cranston and I can't wait until they open that location!

I have been to this place few times. Since I had not reviewed it I decided to add a review. It's a small Dominican restaurant in Providence. It does have small chairs and table but not really set up for dine in. It's a very popular place among locals as the place is always filled with people and cars. The place is also located in ghetto neighborhoods so I would not come here at night. Due to these reasons Its probably a better pick up or delivery from this place if you are placing order otherwise you will wait a while. I've tried their chopped cheese, steak and cheese, frikitaki, chimi d pollo, mango smoothies, passion fruit juice, and all kinds of empanada. Their food is great but if you don't like greasy or fried food it's probably not for you. Their pressed sandwich is always on point. Crunchy on outside and juicy in the inside. Personally I enjoyed Frikitaki the most. It's basically chopped cheese with veggie and egg with mayo. So far the drinks that I tried were also good and empanada is very good as well. Empanada is crispy on the outside and cheesy and savory on the inside. My personal favorite is chicken and cheese and ham and cheese. Overall I like this place. Food is good and price is reasonable but there are some negatives. Service may not be always great because they are usually very busy and they have hard time catching orders or getting the right orders sometimes. Today I ordered chicken and cheese empanada and i got pizza empanada so I told the staff and they gave me another empanada but it was again pizza empanada (maybe someone mixed up empanadas?). The food is pretty greasy as you can see the grease seep out of the bag and the wrappers. Finally, the location is not very good and the place is very small to accommodate a-lot of demands. TLDR: If you have not tried it I would recommend but make sure to order a head or get it through delivery.

Delicious and absolutely great while still hot. Tried all the empanadas and the pizza empanada was my favorite. Can't go wrong with any of them. Smoothies were refreshing and all worth the wait. Location is clean and they had plenty of regulars stop by. It's not too much of a dine in place, since seats on stools and the tables are side one person counters. Definitely a pick up and go place. I am coming again soon to share with my family all the empanadas ~

Let me preface this by saying that I heard from many places this was the best Cubano sandwich. Unfortunately it was not the best Cuban sandwich I have had but it was still pretty good. The Chicken empanadas though were phenomenal, especially considering their price. Its got a tangy pull chicken flavor to it.

Went with a friend and got the chimi de pollo and Cuban sandwiches. Fresh, authentic and delish. The staff was knowledgeable in helping us choose and so friendly. We'll definitely be back.
